ForwardSmart Chart Acute Provider 2018
The Smart Chart learning events are intended to provide training of clinical tools to enhance patient care.
The lesson plans for each course will focus on particular workflows that are required to successfully use Smart Chart to accomplish Aurora’s mission.
Target Audience
Inpatient Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APP's)
Learning Objectives
- Operate the EMR in a safe and efficient manner
- Review clinical information effectively
- Electronically order appropriate tests, including lab and radiology studies
- Electronically order medications and prescriptions
- Electronically document all care that was provided in both inpatient and ambulatory venues
