SC10 - Acute Anesthesia Provider 200 (2018)

In this course, participants will learn how to place post-procedure orders, modify active orders, document line removal, complete a post-procedure evaluation, document the end of anesthesia care and complete charting. In addition, participants will create templates using macros.

Anesthesiologists, CRNAs and Anesthesiologist Assistants

  1. Operate the EMR in a safe and efficient manner
  2. Review clinical information effectively
  3. Electronically order appropriate tests, including lab and radiology studies
  4. Electronically order medications and prescriptions
  5. Electronically document all care that was provided in both inpatient and ambulatory venues
