Credit reporting (for physicians only) - Advocate Health is able to share CME/CE completion information and related personal information (e.g., name, National Provider Identifier, birthdate MM/DD) with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) on your behalf if you grant permission to us when you build your CE Learning Platform profile. The activity completion data is included in your CME Passport transcript and, potentially, reported to certifying and licensing bodies, and any other regulatory authority that you specify in your CE Learning Platform profile. Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Part IV - Physicians and PAs can earn MOC Part IV credit by participating in approved quality improvement (QI) pathways through Advocate Health’s ABMS Portfolio Program. This program supports meaningful engagement in clinical improvement efforts across 17 ABMS specialties. In addition, certified PAs earn Category 1 PI-CME credit through the NCCPA.
