Legal Pitfalls Series: Patient/Provider Termination Policy and Process Conference Recorded Presentation

Provide providers, nursing and leadership with a clear understanding of Medical Groups Patient/Provider Termination Policy and an understanding of the legalities involved with terminating patient and not abiding by our policy.

  2. Analyze best strategies in handling various patient scenarios effectively
  3. Explain the legal consequences of not adhering to Medical Group's termination policy
