This course is an introduction to simulation facilitation. During this course we will establish fundamental simulation theory, concepts, and best practices in a psychologically safe environment. Learners will learn debriefing strategies and hone their skills through deliberate practice, group discussion, and structured feedback. These experiential learning activities will build knowledge and proficiency, culminating in a clinical simulation scenario and debrief.
