Program Overview:

This foundational course provides core concepts and principles of leadership for emerging nursing and clinical leaders to prepare them for a future leadership role to drive positive change within their healthcare teams. This program consists of 3 e-Learning session 1.0 CE and a 2.0 hour virtual session. There are pre-requisite e-learning courses that need to be completed prior to the live course. The pre-requisite eLearnings are 60 mins and the virtual live course is 2.0 hours totaling 3.0 hours.

This course is being held virtually.

Target Audience

This course is intended for nursing leaders and other interested early career emerging leaders in preparation to assume an informal leader role (ie Preceptor, Charge Nurse, Shared Gov, Med Group Lead and UAP roles).
