- Outline the epidemiology and pathophysiology of vaccine-preventable travel-related diseases to provide appropriate context for immunization recommendations.
- Identify routine and destination-specific travel immunizations recommended by the CDC Yellow Book.
- Recall the common medications used for malaria prophylaxis and treatment options for infectious diarrhea.
- Discuss potential interactions, contraindications, and administration considerations when developing individualized travel medicine plans.
