Legal Pitfalls: Death Certificate - EM

Steve Steinback will provide an overview of legalities surrounding signing or not signing death certificates.  He will review FAQs and a variety of actual scenarios that Medical Group has been involved in.

This course is intended for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

  1. Apply the process of processing death certificates into their practice. 
  2. Identify the legalities involved with death certificates, sign and return death certificates within the allowed timeframe.
