ACH Nursing Grand Rounds IS: Development of Critical Appraisal Skills through Journal Club

This is an independent study with pre-recorded presentations on various nursing topics each quarter that are relevant to nurses in their practice. After watching the recording, learners will take a post assessment that will show in this course after viewing the entire recording. The learner must complete the post assessment to receive credit for the independent study.

 

 

Target Audience

This course is intended for pediatric nursing.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. demonstrate use of the system research article journal club review tool.
  2. recognize the difference between the journal club appraisal tool and the rapid critical appraisal tools.
