Together As One Peer Support Training 2023 11/3/2023
This 3.5-hour course will enable the audience to have strategies to provide direct, temporary emotional support to team members when needed. Course topics include Introduction to BEST Program, Trauma and Stress Response and Their Impact, and Peer Support Skills. The course will conclude with a 30-minute Q&A session.
This education is being held virtually. Registration by invite only, team members register in Workday.
Target Audience
The Together as One Program intends to provide training to Nurses and AAH team members from all clinical and non-clinical departments to create an increasingly compassionate and resilient healthcare system.

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Identify adaptive coping strategies to improve resilience and reduce the negative impact of stress.
