Sexual Harassment Prevention 2023 -Illinois (Except Chicago) With Direct Reports
This course is only available on Workday. You MUST complete in Workday before claiming credit.
It is an Illinois Requirement for licensed professionals and Advocate Aurora Health system policy for all licensed team members to complete one hour of Sexual Harassment Training. The presentation will provide information that address the 4 criteria required by the State of Illinois.
This includes:
- An explanation of sexual harassment consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Examples of conduct that may constitute unlawful harassment.
- A summary of federal and state laws concerning sexual harassment.
- A summary of employer responsibilities in the prevention, investigation, and corrective measures of sexual harassment
The learner must complete quiz questions throughout the learning in order to obtain credit
Target Audience
This activity is designed for Illinois AAH Leaders/Supervisors with direct reports (outside of Chicago), Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians needing to obtain/renew their Illinois license.
