Sexual Harassment and Discrimination
This digital course was designed to educate you on what a respectful workplace looks like, how to distinguish between harassment and discrimination, and what anti-discrimination laws are in place. Then, we’ll dig into what sexual harassment is, how you can prevent it, and what you can do to combat inappropriate behavior as a teammate.
This will meet the state relicensure requirement.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and other team members.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Explain sexual harassment consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Recognize examples of conduct that may constitute unlawful harassment.
- Summarize federal and state laws concerning sexual harassment.
- Identify employer responsibilities in the prevention, investigation, and corrective measures of sexual harassment
