A 1.5-hour virtual training for Ambulatory Care Management team members that provides opportunities to develop basics of peer review process, how to receive feedback, and how to share feedback with a peer.

Target Audience
This course is intended for Ambulatory Care Management nurses, social workers, and other interested Ambulatory Care Management team members.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to accomplish the following objectives, utilizing care management patient cases and question-and-answer:
- Identify the goals of Peer Review Process
- Analyze 3 components on how to effectively RECEIVE feedback
- Describe at least 2 components of an effective peer review feedback
- Practice GIVING effective feedback to a peer
