OBGYN Delivery and Neonatal Resuscitation Emergency Medicine Simulation 2024
This will be an opportunity for Emergency Physicians to participate in simulation of OBGYN delivery and neonatal resuscitation emergency procedures and resuscitation. During this 2-hour session in simulation lab, attendees will work together to perform a OB delivery with complications and resuscitate a simulated neonatal patient. We will also review airway management and intra-osseous line insertion on neonatal mannequins. Content experts will be on site to guide the resuscitation, procedures and small group discussions.

Target Audience
This course is intended for physicians.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Perform a complicated emergency vaginal delivery complicated by shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage
- Perform a neonatal resuscitation including airway management and I/O access while following NRP guidelines
