Obesity Summit 2025
The disease of obesity is multifaceted and complex. The half-day Obesity Summit is an opportunity to explore the latest evidence-based strategies and practical tools for managing obesity, including the use of anti-obesity medicines. Led by multidisciplinary experts in obesity medicine, metabolic surgery, nutrition, women's health, and more - the Summit will provide attendees with real-world skills for delivering personalized care, working collaboratively, and improving patient outcomes.
This conference is being held in person and virtually.

Target Audience
This course is intended for physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Identify when obesity should be formally documented in the patient’s problem list.
- Apply evidence-based interventions including nutritional counseling, behavioral health integration, and pharmacotherapy.
- Develop ways to coordinate care by referring patients with obesity-related metabolic complications to appropriate specialists such as medical or surgical bariatricians, cardiologists, hepatologists, pulmonologists, or OB/Gyn providers.
