This course is an annual session to provide interactive learning for leaders from Good Shepherd, Condell, and Sherman Hospitals. The topics are: The Impact of Incivility on Healthcare and the Workplace", and "Resilience/Burnout".
This conference is being held in-person and is by invite only.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
