This course is an annual session to provide interactive learning for leaders from Good Shepherd, Condell, and Sherman Hospitals.  The topics are: The Impact of Incivility on Healthcare and the Workplace", and "Resilience/Burnout".

 

This conference is being held in-person and is by invite only.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  • Attendees will develop the skills necessary to recognize and address workplace incivility.
  • Recognize how resilience and burnout overlap in the workplace.
