Target Audience

This course is intended for physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Describe the concept and clinical relevance of disease modification in myeloproliferative neoplasms.
  2. Compare and appraise disease‑modifying treatment approaches for MPN, including stem cell transplantation and other advanced interventions.
  3. Determine appropriate therapeutic strategies for patients with MPN based on currently approved treatment options.
  4. Review and interpret emerging data on novel agents and therapeutic strategies in myeloproliferative neoplasms.
  5. Recognize and address management considerations specific to younger patients diagnosed with MPN.
  6. Discuss evidence‑based approaches to the diagnosis and management of less common myeloproliferative neoplasms.
