Overview

The Milwaukee Heart Failure Symposium is designed to demonstrate innovations in the evaluation and treatment of heart failure. The primary goal is to promote excellence in the field of heart failure by encouraging the development and discussion of new advances in techniques and treatment. This one-day symposium will educate physicians and other health care providers about cutting-edge therapies supporting diagnosis and state-of-the-art treatment of heart failure, management of comorbid conditions, pulmonary hypertension, cardiomyopathies, mechanical circulatory support, and heart transplantation. Thought leaders in the field have been carefully selected for their expertise and teaching skills to provide a rigorous and interactive learning experience.

 

This conference is being held virtually and in-person at Marriott Milwaukee Downtown.

Target Audience

This course is intended for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacist technicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  • Examine up-to-date information on the diagnosis, evaluation, and management of heart failure.
  • Review novel pharmacologic and device-based treatments for heart failure and related conditions.
  • Create collaboration among healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
  • Discuss the role of artificial intelligence, remote monitoring, and advanced imaging in heart failure management.
