This activity will provide key legal and regulatory information to physicians who are serving in Medical Staff leadership roles in our facilities, providing guidance as they lead critical work navigating governance, Medical Staff bylaws, committee leadership, managing difficult and complex Medical Staff matters amongst members and within potential conflicts of interest, peer review, credentialing, and corrective actions.

This course is designed for physicians serving medical staff leadership roles.

  2. Summarize the responsibilities of governing bodies and Medical Executive Committees 

  3. Articulate their leadership roles and responsibilities
