Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are not aware of recent advancements and evidence-based practices in key areas such as diabetes management, pain management, and cardiology. Additionally, there is a noted gap in their knowledge regarding effective well-being practices. RNs and LPNs were provided with the opportunity to complete a needs assessment, through which they indicated unfamiliarity with new practice guidelines and current well-being strategies.
