Management of Chronic Diseases 10/10/2023
This instructor-led, virtual course will review COPD, CHF and Diabetes assessment, treatment and prevention of readmission. Pathophysiology and risk factors will be addressed as well as medication regimens for these common chronic diseases.

- List common medications, risk factors and treatment modalities for some of the more common chronic diseases encountered in the home setting (COPD, CHF, Diabetes).
