Legal Pitfalls Series: Patient/Provider Termination Policy and Process Conference

Provide providers, nursing and leadership with a clear understanding of Medical Groups Patient/Provider Termination Policy and an understanding of the legalities involved with terminating patient and not abiding by our policy.

  1. Articulate the Medical Group's patient/provider termination policy to providers and leadership.
  2. Analyze best strategies in handling various patient scenarios effectively
  3. Explain the legal consequences of not adhering to Medical Group's termination policy
