Introduction to Condition Management & Documentation (CMD)

What is risk adjustment and how does it impact the patient, the payor and you? This course will review basics of risk adjustment methodology, documentation do's and don'ts, and epic tools to support your CMD work.

Target Audience

This course is intended for Family Practice, Internal Medicine clinicians, and other interested health professionals.
