Interprofessional Clinical Care for Military and Veteran Populations 2026

Green Bay, WI US
June 3, 2026

The Aurora BayCare Medical Center Veterans’ Health Care Symposium is an interprofessional educational activity designed to enhance healthcare providers’ knowledge, competence, and clinical decision-making in caring for military members and veterans. Military service introduces unique cultural, psychological, and environmental factors that significantly influence health outcomes and healthcare experiences.
This program addresses identified practice gaps in military cultural awareness, trauma-informed care, toxic exposure–related conditions, polypharmacy management, and coordination across healthcare systems. Through evidence-based presentations and interdisciplinary perspectives, participants will gain practical strategies to deliver safe, effective, and culturally responsive care for veteran populations across clinical and community settings.

This conference is being held in person at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.

NOTE: Please note this activity will be presented 8:00am – 4:00pm CST / 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
