This will be an event to help leaders, Nursing Professional Development Practitioners, and any others interested to better understand the REACT process and how Donna Wright competency is integrated within REACT.

1:30-2:00 Brainstorming & Prioritization Empowering teammates to help determine opportunities for improvement is vital to engagement. Review how to get the most out of your brainstorming and how to prioritize topics utilizing the REACT workbook.
2:00-2:10 Break
2:10-2:40 Competency Selection Review of method of verifications and commonly confused methods of verifications. Based on your competency choice, how do you determine the best method of verification?
2:40-3:00 Questions & Wrap Up Summary of key takeaways and conclusion of event. Overview of milestones for 2024. Opportunity for questions.
