Digging into Data: Unearthing Insights in Pharmacoepidemiology with Informatics

April 29, 2025

Overview

The practice of pharmacoepidemiology involves using large data sets often across various sources to analyze trends in medication therapy outcomes. In order to ensure the best possible results of pharmacoepidemiology studies, the data has to be accurate and linkable. Pharmacy informaticists can play a role in data analysis and educate stakeholders of the data to improve data literacy.
