Clinician Leadership Development Conference 2023

April 13, 2023 to April 14, 2023

The Clinician Leadership Development Conference is created to give AHMG clinician leaders practical tools and training to perform in their leadership roles and to provide background and context for leading in a way that positions AHMG for success in the future.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for formally recognized physician and APC leaders from AHMG.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Employ methods to properly manage their workload
  2. More effectively manage the DYAD relationship
  3. Recognize methods of improving communication with their teams.
  4. Identify how to influence others (with or without formal leadership)
