Clinical Risk Adjustment Provider Educator Boot Camp
Designed to arm Provider Educators with the tools they need to succeed in engaging their peers around clinical risk adjustment. Additional focus on skill development facilitating successful conversations with peers around documentation integrity and navigating difficult messages. Includes a review of the most common provider “engagement profiles” and provides tips for successfully interacting with each group, from advocates to vocal detractors. Leverage customized education materials developed as part of the On-Demand CME Module & HCC Category Specific Learning Modules, Providers and Practices Education Series, and documentation tip sheets.

Target Audience
This course is intended for selected providers who will serve as a subject matter experts supporting the CRA Consultants with providers in CRA related focus plans (PDSAs) who need one on one provider interaction

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Describe what a HCC is
- Understand Documentation Requirements
- Identify diagnoses that increase the severity of the patients illness/RAF Score
- Knowledge of Epic tools available for the HCC work
