Target Audience

This course is intended for mental health practitioners, including physicians, marriage and family therapists, social workers, professional counselors, and other interested health care professionals.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Recognize the connection with supervision and learning
  2. Summarize the four overlapping roles (coach, mentor, teacher, administrator)
  3. Discover how solution-focused approach can be utilized in supervision
  4. Describe the reflecting team process and how it can be used in group supervision
  5. Identify measures in therapy to bring the clients voice into supervision
