Clinical Documentation Integrity Quality Review Series 2023

Multiple diagnoses are a target for Diagnosis Related Group Downgrades. In these educational presentations, we will review the clinical indictors, risk factors, and treatment for these diagnoses to help prevent DRG downgrades on Clinical Documentation queries.

This course is intended for Nursing Clinical Documentation Specialists and other interested healthcare professionals.
