This presentation will review long-term toxicities associated with CAR T-cell therapy, including infectious complications, secondary malignancies, and immunologic recovery. It will also examine evidence-based management strategies and guideline recommendations, with an emphasis on the pharmacist’s role in prevention, monitoring, and optimization of supportive care.
