Best Fit Programs: Purpose, Structure, and Outcomes

This educational activity provides staff nurses, charge nurses, and leaders with a comprehensive overview of the Best Fit Program portfolio, a series of workforce development initiatives designed to support recruitment, transition to practice, role exploration, and professional advancement across the nursing continuum.
