Overview
AIMMC charge nurse workshop where charge nurses, both new and experienced, will learn more about the roles and responsibilities of the charge nurse role and resources available to them.
This conference is being held virtually and in-person.

Target Audience
This course is intended for nurses.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Describe the roles and responsibilities of a charge nurse
- Utilize resources within Epic, specifically the Epic Nursing Quality Dashboard and other resources beneficial for the role
- Identify one strategy you will take back to your unit after the workshop
- Recommend strategies for patient relations and service recovery
