Advocate Perinatal Bereavement Education Day 2025
This presentation is designed to identify and implement strategies to provide individualized care of the patient and family experiencing a perinatal loss in the hospital setting.

Target Audience
This activity is designed for nurses, social workers and chaplains involved in the clinical and non-clinical aspects of caring for a patient and their families experiencing perinatal loss.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Describe the key elements of the Perinatal Bereavement Care Model and Standards of Care.
- Apply evidence-based methods related to perinatal loss.
