Advocate Health Midwest 2025 Sports Medicine Symposium
This conference is intended to advance the knowledge and skillset of the Physicians, Advance Practice Professionals, and Physical Therapists who attend relative to the diagnosis and treatment of ACL tears and reconstruction, current trends in ortho-biologics, ultrasound utilization in musculoskeletal medicine, and graft preparation and utilization. It will additionally provide practical 'tips and tricks' for common Sports Medicine surgical procedures.
Target Audience
This course is intended for physicians, nursing, physician associates, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Apply the concepts covered in this course in their medical practice;
- Introduce or enhance the use of Ortho-biologics in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries;
- Maximize use of advanced ultrasound techniques in clinical practice;
- Apply new techniques for graft preparation and application; and immediately implement shared tips and tricks in the OR.
