Advanced Preceptor Development 2026: March 4
Advanced Preceptor Development is a live, virtual class designed to engage Advocate Health Preceptors in advanced knowledge, skills, and behaviors. The course supports the development of experienced preceptors and assists to identify actionable strategies to implement in the role of preceptor.

Target Audience
This course is intended for Nurses, Medical Assistants, and clinical teammates selected by their leaders who are responsible to orient and train a new teammate within their scope of practice with 1 or more years of precepting experience who have attended a foundational training course.
