ACH Transport Team Simulations 2023: 3/24/2023

The ACH Pediatric Transport Team will be conducting simulations to review standing transport protocols. These simulations are offered on 3/24/2023 and 3/30/2023 from 0800-0930, 0930-1100, 1100-1230, 1300-1430 at Advocate Children's Hospital Simulation Center-Oak Lawn.

Target Audience

This course is intended for ACH Transport team nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and other interested ACH Transport teammates

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Identify appropriate standing transport protocols for a specific patient population
  2. Identify appropriate intervention and treatments while on transport
  3. Demonstrate appropriate use of transport specific equipment
  4. Demonstrate appropriate rapid sequence intubation techniques
