AAH Nursing Grand Rounds Recordings: How Do Nurses Implement “What Matters” for Hospitalized Older Adults?

The Age Friendly Health System (AFHS) is designed to guide health care teams to provide high quality care to older adults focusing on “what matters” to them. While important, there is little evidence to guide the role of clinical nurses in this care. Researchers will share findings about the knowledge, perceptions, and experiences of nurses who implement and use the “what matters” concept and how it has impacted their care.
