AAH Nursing Grand Rounds Recordings 2025: An Innovative Approach to BP Control: Nurses Leading the Way!

February is “heart month” and a great time to provide an update on current blood pressure (BP) guidelines and best practices for caring for patients with hypertension. These presenters will provide an update on the challenges of controlling hypertension in Hispanic and African American patients and they will introduce you to an innovative.

This course is intended for Nurses (all levels of preparation).

2. Discuss strategies that ambulatory care nurses use to help patients manage their BP.
