AAH Nursing Grand Rounds Recordings 2024: COVID-19 Nurse Study What Happened Over Time?
The AH Midwest COVID 19 Nurse Study started in the Fall 2020 during a raging pandemic before vaccines were available. Initial results confirmed significant negative outcomes for nurses across all settings. Many strategies were put in place to protect and support nurses. Two subsequent surveys were conducted across MW settings to monitor the impact over time. This session will share findings and trends over time.
