3rd Annual Pediatric Obstructive Sleep Disordered Breathing Symposium
Pediatric sleep disordered breathing (SDB) is a prevalent and complex condition that can significantly impact a child's growth, development, behavior, and overall health. Effective evaluation and treatment require a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach that integrates expertise from multiple specialties—including sleep medicine, dentistry, otolaryngology, and orofacial myofunctional therapy. However, in current practice, collaboration across disciplines remains limited, often leading to fragmented care and suboptimal outcomes. This conference aims to bridge that gap by bringing together providers from diverse fields to enhance understanding of each discipline’s role, foster team-based care strategies, and share insights gained from over a decade of interdisciplinary collaboration at Advocate Children’s Hospital.
This conference is being held in person/virtually.
