The Pharmacy Law Series provides our pharmacy teammates with continuing education. Various topics will be presented to assist with advancing teammates professionally in areas related to pharmacy practice law and regulation. Concepts taught may include relevant legislature, statutes, and agency guidance, as well as other pharmacy law topics.

Overall Objectives:

  1. Recall legislation and regulation that impact pharmacy practice in the United States. 
  2. Locate internal and external resources related to legal and regulatory aspects of pharmacy practice. 
  3. Explain the pharmacist's and pharmacy technician's responsibilities in complying with legal and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice. 

Target Audience:  
This activity is designed for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
