Objectives: ​​ 

  • Compare different antiplatelet agents and how they exert their effects in the context of cerebrovascular events. 
  • Recall appropriate safety and monitoring parameters for antiplatelet therapy 
  • Outline evidence from literature to support clinical decision-making in neuroendovascular antiplatelet management.  
  • Summarize key recommendations from major guidelines regarding antiplatelet use in TIA and CVA.
