Target Audience

This course is intended for APRNs and PAs.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Identify at least one new strategy for resolving conflict professionally.
  2. Identify at least one personal communication strength and a way to apply that strength at work. 
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of how to access well-being resources through Advocate.
