This Day of Surgery is dedicated to providing education to medical students, surgery residents, and surgical faculty. Guest lecturers will cover "hot topics" in General Surgery based on their current practice. Speakers will include local faculty as well as invited experts from across the country.

This conference is being held in person.

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Describe academic evidence-based guidelines on topics covering principal components of general surgery. 
  2. Implement updated strategies that may affect future practices of surgeons in their field.
