ALGH ACLS Advanced 2025 - December 5
The course is a supplement to the RQI ACLS provider who is new or does not utilize ACLS regularly. The course includes hands on development and medication administration skills, cardiac rhythm evaluation and treatment using ACLS protocols, and interdisciplinary team training using rapid cycle, deliberate practice.
This conference is being held in person.

Target Audience
This course is intended for nurses.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Demonstrate Zoll defibrillator pad application and use of the Zoll defibrillator during bradycardic emergency events per ACLS algorithms including and pacing.
- Identify key components on the crash cart.
- Simulate the pacing functionality on the Zoll defibrillator including rate setting and capture.
- Differentiate bradyarrhythmia’s and discuss appropriate medication management
- Assess resuscitative efforts and team dynamics during a cardiac arrest through continuous assessment of CPR quality and delivering real-time feedback to the team using a rapid cycle deliberate practice format.
- Evaluate the impact of team dynamics on overall team performance during an emergency event, including resuscitation efforts, roles and closed loop communication in a mega code simulation.
