Target Audience

Nurses and all interested clinical teammates serving in or supporting the preceptor role, as appropriate to their scope, job description, and state practice requirements.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  • Identify one actionable strategy to use in their role as a preceptor.
  • Implement effective feedback techniques to support the development and performance of preceptees.
  • Foster a supportive environment through enhanced communication and wellbeing skills
