This event promises to be an enriching and informative experience for our Medical Directors. We have arranged for a variety of presenters who will share valuable insights and knowledge. Their presentations will focus on helping our physician leaders enhance their leadership skills and gain new perspectives in their roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and networking.

This course is intended for physicians, pharmacists, and nurses.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Identify and understand their own communication style to more effectively communicate with those they lead. 
  2. Summarize lessons in leadership and apply these learnings to their own development as a leader. 
  3. Outline recruiting do's and don'ts to ensure we are attracting and retaining top tier candidates. 
  4. Demonstrate how advancements in technology will help us grow within the virtual health platform.
