ECMO Training Course 2024

ECMO-Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation training to operate the ECMO pump.

Target Audience

This course is intended for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Apply the treatment, management, and pathophysiology of pulmonary hypertension in the neonate
  2. Incorporate the differences between Veno veno ECMO & Veno arterial ECMO
  3. Management and troubleshooting of neonatal and pediatric patient during ECMO
  4. Utilize and manage anticoagulation of the patient on ECMO
