Transforming Therapeutics: Turning Ideas into Practice
The Advocate Health Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee is convening members and guests for a retreat and symposium. Educational sessions will focus on timely topics related to medication use across the spectrum of healthcare.

Target Audience
This course is intended for physicians, nurses, APRNs, PAs, and Pharmacists.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Evaluate the efficacy, safety and cost associated with medication use in the health care system
- Incorporate timely topics related to medication use in the P&T decision making processes
- Contribute to novel, agile, multidisciplinary medication decision-making across a large integrated health-system
